   Senior AI Engineer / Tech Lead

   Data Scientist → Machine Learning Engineer → Senior AI Engineer

   Joined as a data scientist and grew into leading AI engineering. I built neuroscience pipelines, multimodal models and the APIs that made them usable. The lasting lesson was one of translation: complex research only matters when people can understand and act on it.

   Research Assistant

   London

   Worked across neuroimaging, biomarkers, speech and neurocognitive data to study Alzheimer’s disease. I built analysis systems for more than 10,000 records and learned that good models begin with respect for the people represented by the data.

   Stroud

   Ran a small commerce business spanning product research, sourcing, logistics and search. It was my first experience of complete ownership: listening carefully, making decisions with imperfect information and being responsible for the outcome.

   Automated onboarding and data-request workflows, then helped make new internal tools easier to use. Small systems can return meaningful time to people; this was where I first saw that happen inside a large organisation.

   My first long-running job was close to customers and the everyday rhythm of a team. It taught me to listen, explain clearly and be useful—principles that still shape how I build products and work with people.
